Nah ini dia, artis dadakan 'Rebecca Black' yang ngetop lewat video lagunya 'Friday' yang diunggah ke You Tube. Meski banyak mendapatkan kritikan pedas dan di claim sebagai 'Lagu Terburuk Sepanjang Masa', Rebecca justru merasa bangga, pasalnya banyak orang jadi mengetahui lagu ini, seperti yang dikatakannya di Twitter, "Saya sangat tersanjung. Begitu banyak orang-orang berbakat yang ternyata mengetahui lagu saya," kata Rebecca di Twitter-nya.


Friday ditulis oleh Ark Music Factory, sebuah firma yang menawarkan para orangtua kaya kesempatan untuk membuat anak mereka menjadi bintang pop dengan biaya 1.200 pound. Hingga tak heran jika lagu yang banyak mendapat kritikan tak mengenakkan ini bisa diluncurkan dan menggemparkan jagad music di dunia saat ini.
